Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in original condition, in the original packaging, unwashed & unused. Please contact us at info@studioayte.com within 7 days of receiving your package to inform us whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will then schedule a pick up for your items. For UAE, we will arrange for collection of your items free of charge. For all other international shipments (outside the UAE), customers will be responsible for return costs. Please note that any additional costs that have been applied to your order such as shipping costs, customs, duties, taxes will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and once approved that the item is still in it’s original condition, we will process your new desired item for delivery. Please allow few days for your new product to be delivered to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them & notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then we will refund the price of the items. You will be notified once the refund has been issued. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your refund and for it to be reflected into your bank account.
